Something Lovely, also known as SLVLY, creates fictional visual artwork and stories with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence and other digital tools.
Synthetic Performers
The human figures depicted in SLVLY images are synthetic performers. They are digitally created fictional characters generated or substantially produced using generative artificial intelligence and related software. They are not photographs of real models or records of actual events.
Unless a person is expressly identified as real, no person depicted in SLVLY artwork is intended to represent, reproduce, impersonate, or portray any identifiable natural person, living or deceased. Any unintended resemblance to an actual person is coincidental.
Fictional Characters and Events
Character names, biographies, dialogue, relationships, locations, occupations, and events presented in SLVLY galleries and stories are fictional unless expressly stated otherwise.
The presence of a synthetic performer in an image does not mean that any real person participated in, experienced, approved, or endorsed the depicted activity, setting, product, service, opinion, or narrative.
Adult Characters
All humanlike characters depicted by SLVLY are intended and represented as adults who are at least 18 years of age. Youthful appearance, styling, costuming, fictional biography, or setting should not be interpreted as representing a minor.
Human Creative Involvement
AI tools assist in producing portions of the underlying imagery and written material. Human creative work may include concept development, prompting, character and setting design, selection, editing, compositing, retouching, sequencing, writing, rewriting, layout, production, and final presentation.

Products and Advertising
Product photographs, previews, mockups, advertisements, and promotional materials may display SLVLY artwork containing synthetic performers. These performers are fictional and are not real customers, employees, models, spokespersons, or endorsers.
No statement attributed to a synthetic performer should be understood as a real-person testimonial, consumer review, or claim of personal experience. SLVLY does not use synthetic performers to fabricate customer reviews or falsely represent that a real person has purchased, used, or endorsed a product.
Accuracy and Artistic Interpretation
AI-generated material may contain visual inconsistencies, stylization, invented details, or other artifacts. Fictional narratives and artistic depictions should not be relied upon as factual, professional, historical, medical, legal, financial, or technical information.
Third-Party Material
SLVLY does not knowingly use generative artificial intelligence to impersonate identifiable people or falsely attribute statements, conduct, endorsements, or performances to them.
